Below is a list of things that can help towards becoming a moderator.
All of the stated aren't 100% required, but the more that you fulfil, the higher chance you have of becoming a moderator!

1) Be active on the server.
2) Invite people to the server.
3) Vote for the server daily.
4) Donate to JustCraftPVP (Donating shows dedication to server)
5) Be a popular member of the server.
6) Help newcomers to feel welcome and get on their feet.
7) Advertising JC on external websites and blogs.


Completing these does not give a 100% guarantee of becoming a moderator, it will help you to be spotted amongst the crowd.
