Server saves more then every 5 min, it currently does it every 5 min and does 6 in a row, this casues huge lag

also a how to for vip would be nice with a lit of all commands we have and how to use them

like how to white list magic blocks and what not

i seems to have fixed this problem. Saves are now every 10 mins and seem to be working as intended.
